Frequently Asked Questions About Our Doggie Daycare & Boarding
What time do you open and close for dog daycare and boarding services?
We operate on weekdays from 6:00 am to 7:00 pm, on Saturdays from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Sundays from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Do you operate on weekends?
Yes, we do. We open at 7 am and close at 6 pm on Saturdays and 5 pm on Sundays. Please remember that we only admit by appointment over the weekends.
Do you interview new dogs?
Yes, for new clients, we require an interview/evaluation day before any boarding. We require a minimum of 1 daycare visit prior to their overnight stay so the dog becomes comfortable with the environment and we are able to get to know your furry friend.
If your dog has not been with us for over 6 months, we may require a re-interview to ensure they are still comfortable in our facility.
Do you work over major holidays?
Yes. Major holiday boarding requires a 100% deposit at time of reservation.
What are the requirements for boarding my dog?
Reservations are required for all boarding.
Check-ins are required to be completed prior to 11 AM
All dogs must complete a day of daycare within a month of boarding.
If your dog has not been with us for over 6 months, we may require a re-interview to ensure they are still comfortable in our facility.
What is the drop off time?
All dogs are required to check in between 6AM and 11AM for safety reasons.
