Puppy Boot Camp covers everything your new furball needs to start life at home. Not just basic obedience —from crate and potty training, leash walking to socialization and recall. If you want your puppy to be more than just well-behaved, this program sets them (and you!) up for a lifetime of loyalty, fun, adventure, and bonding!

Behavioral Issues 3-4 week Program
If your dog struggles with reactivity, aggression, or other behavioral issues, it can be stressful and make you feel terrible as an owner. We understand, and there’s good news! Whether your dog’s reactivity has just started, or it’s been going on so long you’re considering re-homing them, this is the program that you need.
We help you learn your dog’s triggers, whether fear or frustration, and learn how to manage them. Hi, I’m Kris, the lead trainer at Black Dog Farm! I’ve been training dogs since I was 9 years old. My first dog was a backyard-bred Crocker Spaniel who became the best hunting dog in my dad’s pack. That little dog out-hunted dogs three times her price because of the bond I built and the training I did with her.
From that moment on, I knew I wanted to work with animals for the rest of my life.
Dogs have always been at the center of my world. From family dogs growing up, to working with horses in the police mounted unit, to helping friends overcome their fears of bully breeds, my life has been a constant journey of building trust and connection between animals and their owners.
I thrive on helping dogs that others see as “lost causes” become calm, responsive companions and showing owners how to connect with their dogs in ways that change both their lives. What I love most about training dogs—other than being surrounded by them—is seeing owners realize their dogs aren’t “bad,” they just need leadership and communication.

It’s completely natural to worry about this! We know that leaving your dog behind can feel tough, especially if you’ve just started building that bond. Rest assured, dogs don’t forget their families! You’re their world, and a few weeks away will only make them happier to see you when they come home. We even offer visits during training so you can see their progress and stay connected, making it easier on both of you.
