Matthew Sheeks
Matt Sheeks is a dog-training digital marketer extraordinaire. His passion for creating beautiful websites that get results quickly lead him to wild success in creating websites for dog trainers. After turning two dog trainers into six-figure earners who are now happily working inside their specialties, he decided that he wanted to extend this luxury to more trainers and create a great experiences for them as well.
Matt’s vision for this site was a “marketplace” where people looking for training could meet and get to know trainers and, in turn, reach out to them, confident that they’re a good fit.
Having created amazing experiences for trainers already, he was also deeply committed to making the experience seamless for the trainer. Each of the trainers that this site features are provided with a free done-for-you web presence so long as they match the quality standards for the site. If they’re an amazing trainer, we want to feature them.
Ultimately, Matt’s expertise enables them to do what they do best – to focus on creating the best training experience for the families they help, and let him do their marketing. Everybody wins!

William Bowman
Will Bowman is the other half that makes Matt whole in this adventure. When embarking to create the site, the experience he wanted to improve wasn’t that of the trainers, but that of the families and clients themselves!
A dog owner, Will experienced the frustration of having a high-needs dog (a wonderful pointer-healer mix named Daisy with the energy of a hyper drive and the prey drive of a velociraptor) and repeatedly being frustrated by bad training experiences. Some of his own frustrations included:
- The emotional difficulties and frustrating limitations of having an untrained dog.
- The often awful quality and incomplete nature of dog trainers’ DIY sites.
- The inability to get to know trainers and their specialties before calling them.
- Multiple experiences of investing in a trainer and failing to get results.
Because of this, his mission in creating this site was to optimize the experience for the family with a single, central location where they could easily find, meet, and connect with their perfect trainer – a luxury that he wished he’d had when he was trying to find a trainer for his own lovely little dog!
Together, Matt and Will embarked on a journey to create the best possible training experience for trainers and the families they serve.

Unleashed Dog Training was born from the shared desire of two entrepreneurs who – for very different reasons – wanted to create a better dog training experience. But what does a good training experience look like?
